Job Description
Client JC Penney is looking for a copywriter with a proven track record to generate immaculate copies with a deep understanding of the U.S. audience. for Job Description and Responsibilities: Research and resolve PLCC & TPC card inquiries. Process PLCC & TPC Card Chargebacks. Resolves issues with customers & suppliers and communicates with stores, customers, suppliers & outside companies as assigned Maintains technical or confidential records to meet business requirements May maintain electronic resources/systems including critical databases May use various query tools to extract data & create reports. Supports departmental and center-wide initiatives and goals. Core Competencies & Accomplishments: Associate will need solid, mid-level Excel skills, Very good with customer service—both written and verbal Looking for high energy, team-oriented team member who constantly strives for personal and team improvement. Experience/Education: 1-2 year’ accounting experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. The job can also be searched for as credit risk Analysis, loan process, credit risk manager, or Billing Specialist.
